I offer freelance and agency-based development services, including:

Design and branding consultation

All services are tailored as per the client’s requirements and scope discussed before project start.

2. Project Agreement

Every project starts with clear requirements from the client. Any additional features or changes after the initial agreement may require additional time and cost.

3. Payments

Payments are typically split into milestones:

50% upfront to start the project
50% upon completion/delivery

Full payment is required before the website goes live unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Revisions

Revisions are included within the scope discussed. Any major changes outside the initial agreement will be billed separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and access credentials on time to avoid delays.

6. Website Launch and Support

After the project is completed and approved, your website will be launched. Free support is offered for [3] days post-launch to fix bugs or minor tweaks.

7. Ownership & Licensing

Once the final payment is made, you fully own your website. Any custom code or designs created are licensed to you for commercial use.

8. Termination

Projects can be terminated by either party with notice. Refunds (if any) will depend on the work completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

While I strive to deliver error-free websites, I’m not liable for damages caused by third-party software, hosting issues, or misuse.
